AutoCanada's Kia of Hamilton location is seeking a Sales Associate to guide customers through vehicle purchases online, by phone, and in person, delivering an exceptional buying experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-facing role and a proven ability to build lasting relationships. Must be available days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; high school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license
• Proven track record in sales or customer service
• Degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor
• Answer questions about new and used cars and financing
• Build rapport to assist vehicle selection and finalizing payment terms
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database for future sales
• Present vehicles through test drives and walk-throughs
• Negotiate terms while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Follow up with clients to earn repeat and referral business
• Stay current on training and dealership policies
