Qualifications

• Current VSA MDC License.
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience selling automotive vehicles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by identifying vehicle needs and listening.
• Promote new business and expand the customer base through prospecting and referrals.
• Selling new and pre-owned vehicles and conducting vehicle demonstrations.
• Maintain knowledge of product features, pricing, options, and equipment.
• Use closing techniques and involve management when needed to close deals.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Introduce customers to Service Department to highlight service quality.
• Attend department meetings and contribute to team goals.
