Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years automotive sales management experience with a valid VSA License.
• Strong leadership and ability to work across departments.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control Sales Department activities.
• Lead Advisors and secure sale transactions.
• Structure vehicle transactions per dealer and manufacturer guidelines.
• Lead regular team meetings and monitor performance.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering high customer service.
• Coach new and tenured Advisors on product knowledge and processes.
• Daily check-ins to ensure metrics are met.
