Carleton Place Ford, part of the Heighton Auto Group in Ontario, is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our dealership team. The role supports our Service Department, retail customers, and wholesale accounts by accurately identifying, ordering, and distributing automotive parts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers, technicians, and wholesale clients in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Process retail and wholesale parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute parts for service technicians in a timely manner.
• Receive, stock, and maintain inventory while ensuring accuracy and organization within the Parts Department.
• Deliver parts to customers and business partners as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Support various departmental functions as needed to ensure efficient daily operations.
