Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners, Audi Newmarket in Newmarket, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to keep our Parts and Service operations running smoothly. You will assist customers and technicians, maintain inventory, and support daily department activities to uphold the Audi standard.

The role requires at least 3 years in a dealership parts role, strong knowledge of parts, excellent customer service, and solid organization. Valid Ontario driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or in a similar dealership parts role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership Parts Department operations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and internal dealership teams in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts.
• Pick and deliver parts to technicians efficiently to help keep Service Department operations moving.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Provide customers with accurate pricing, product information, and availability in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related parts, accessories, and available specials based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and well-stocked parts inventory.
• Process returned or unused parts from the workshop and ensure items are properly returned to inventory.
• Assist with inventory organization, stock management, and general Parts Department upkeep.
• Pick up and deliver parts to customers or suppliers using a company vehicle when required.
• Support the Parts Manager and team with additional responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
