Carleton Place Ford, part of the Heighton Auto Group in Ontario, is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our dealership team. The role supports our Service Department, retail customers, and wholesale accounts by accurately identifying, ordering, and distributing automotive parts.

Location: Carleton Place, ON Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: Base salary of $37,500–$58,400 annually, plus performance incentives and bonus opportunities

Earning Potential

In addition to a competitive base salary, Parts Advisors are eligible for performance-based incentives. Successful candidates have the opportunity to earn up to an additional $14,400 annually, resulting in a potential total compensation of up to $58,400 per year.

Hours: 40 hours per week
