The 401 Group is seeking an Automotive Parts Advisor in Pembroke, Ontario. You will support technicians and customers by providing the right parts quickly and accurately, helping to keep the service shop running smoothly.

With 3+ years in automotive roles and dealership parts experience, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and hold a valid driver's license. Join a Canadian-owned, expanding group offering growth and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years automotive experience.
• 2-3 years experience as a dealership Parts Advisor is considered an asset.
• Understanding of automotive parts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly attitude.
• Above-average technical knowledge.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the parts store.
• Provide parts for the Auto techs for ROs.
• Desire and capability to assist happy clients to obtain the right products.
• Ability to perform parts inventory audits.
• Work without constant supervision.
• Follow all Health and Safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
