You will leverage industry-leading technology to support the four core functions: Sales, Legal & Compliance, Administration, and Management.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and adept at collaborating with sales teams to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Financial Services Manager in an automotive environment.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship management.
• Ability to negotiate and close finance deals with clients.
• Comfort with dealership software and technology.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on finance options, vehicle protection products, and ownership coverage.
• Lead the Financial Services Office: Sales, Legal and Compliance, Administration, and Management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Ensure compliance and accurate administration of all in-house processes.
