Job summary

Campus Auto Group is seeking a Financial Services Advisor to assist customers from negotiation through financing and final delivery. You will guide financing, prepare agreements, and present protection products while coordinating with lenders and sales teams to close deals efficiently.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

Approximately 3–5 years of experience in financial services or automotive finance.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to obtain Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) licence.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through financing and leasing options with clear terms and payments.
Prepare and structure finance and lease agreements per lender and dealership policies.
Present vehicle protection products and other offerings to customers.
Coordinate with lenders, sales reps, and management to secure approvals.
Review contracts for accuracy and ensure compliance before submission.
Maintain organized customer files and dealership records.
Ensure a smooth transition from purchase to vehicle delivery with the team.
Develop relationships with lending partners and stay updated on programs and rates.
Keep up to date with applicable regulations and dealership procedures.
Contribute to dealership performance through responsible product presentation and strong customer service.
