Birchwood Automotive Group in Winnipeg is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Used Vehicle Operations. You will assist with advertising, inspections, paperwork tracking, and ensuring vehicles are ready for retail after recon, while coordinating service needs and vendor communications.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team. A valid 5F driver’s license and comfort with Excel/Word and CDK/HUB are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience would be an asset.
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities, including Microsoft Excel, Word, HUB and CDK.
• Valid 5F driver's license, clear drivers abstract and own transportation to and from work is required.

Responsibilities

• Stock vehicles in Hub/CDK and document condition
• Coordinate inspections, reconditioning, and body work
• Track paperwork, TODs, and lease buy-ins/buyouts
• Manage advertising, photos, and listings
• Ensure units are retail-ready post-recon
• Arrange service needs (recalls, vendors, detailing)
• Support lot, auction, and general operations
• Create POs and assist with follow-ups("we owe" items)
