Job summary

Comox Valley Toyota, part of Trotman Auto Group, seeks a high-earning Finance Manager to guide automotive financing, navigate lender programs, structure deals, and present protection products. In a high-volume environment, you’ll ensure accuracy and compliance across all documentation to position transactions for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years automotive financial services/F&I experience with a track record of success.
• Valid VSA licence required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, warranties and protection products.
• Ability to analyze deal structures and identify financing solutions.
• Confidence presenting financing and protection options clearly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail with documentation accuracy.
• Ability to interpret lender, dealership, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; multi-deal environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and dealership CRM systems such as DealerSocket.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & structure deals; review opportunities and work with lending partners.
• Guide customers with confidence by explaining financing terms and options.
• Own the details: prepare and review contracts, bills of sale, and documentation.
• Protect the deal: ensure applications and disclosures meet requirements.
• Solve challenging deals by addressing financing obstacles and regulatory issues.
• Partner with Sales to structure deals and support customers through delivery.
• Share knowledge: keep sales informed on programs and options.
