Canadian Tire in Selkirk, MB is seeking a Supervisor/Department Manager for the Automotive Department. You will lead the team to deliver friendly, informed service and ensure department presentation meets customer expectations.

You will plan daily activities, train and coach staff, manage schedules within budget, handle performance feedback, and ensure health and safety standards, with opportunities for promotion and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/management roles in retail.
• Ability to lead, motivate and coach a team.
• Shifts including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in Canadian Tire retail is an asset.

Responsibilities
