Job summary

Leggat Auto Group in Milton is seeking a BDC Service Appointment Coordinator to join the service department. You will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and recommend service for customer vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires an outgoing personality, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior call center experience is preferred; automotive industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in a call center environment.
• Outgoing personality with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
• Excellent sales approach and persuasion skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Book service appointments to maximize each department's hours and call existing customers for configuration and follow-up.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly goals and stay informed on service and parts marketing initiatives.
• Ensure mobility needs for service customers are fulfilled.
• Capture and update customer contact information and respond to emails/voicemails promptly.
• Input client data and update activities in CRM.

Team Honda Powerhouse of Milton is looking for aBDC Service Appointment Coordinatorto work in the service department!

As our BDC Service Appointment Coordinator you will help the Service department by taking incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and recommending service for customer vehicles. If you have attention to detail and care about exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, including bonuses

What You'll Do:

• Book service appointments that maximize each retail service department's available hours to sell. You will make outbound calls to existing customers for service appointment configuration, after-service follow-up, and other special programs directed by management.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly goals as established by management and maintain current knowledge of all Service and Parts marketing initiatives and product offerings.
• Ensure mobility needs for all service customers are fulfilled within established guidelines and available resources.
• Capture and update customer contact information as per established guidelines and respond to all email and voicemail messages within established guidelines.
• Input client data and update activities in CRM

What You Bring:

• This person requires an outgoing personality and a genuine desire to exceed expectations. Must be able to work independently, are punctual, and reliable.
• 1-year experience in a call center environment
• Dynamic and positive
• Experience in the automotive industry (Not required, but an asset)
• Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent sales approach, the ability of persuasion
