Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software to manage customer information and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with customers and teams.
