Responsabilidades

• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Provide accurate quotations and sales orders; confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery details.
• Proactively follow up on open quotes to drive sales and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with warehouse duties (picking, packing, order verification) as needed to meet service levels.
• Develop strong product knowledge and participate in supplier trainings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Frontline Support Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses Provide excellent customer service and represent the company’s values in every interaction Resolve customer inquiries and route requests as needed
• Quoting, Orders & Follow-Through Prepare accurate and timely quotations and sales orders Confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery details Proactively follow up on open quotes to drive sales and close opportunities Discuss terms within guidelines and escalation exceptions when needed
• Sales Development & Pipeline Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development Pass qualified leads to the Outside Sales team Recommend product alternatives and solutions to meet customer needs while maintaining margins
• Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery Monitor order status and communicate updates proactively to customers Assist with warehouse duties (picking, packing, order verification) as needed to meet service levels
• Product Knowledge & Training Develop strong knowledge of products and applications Participate in ongoing training and supplier sessions

Compensation & Benefits:
