CK Motors Inc. in Woodbridge, Ontario is seeking a professional, sales-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customer communications, appointment scheduling, and front‑office operations in a busy automotive repair facility serving 250+ vehicles monthly.

The position is full-time with Monday–Friday hours, no weekend shifts, and a structured onboarding program. Training is provided, with career development opportunities toward Service Advisor and management, under the guidance

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or direct customer-service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Proven ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Sales-oriented approach with confidence recommending services and securing appointments.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply training consistently.
• Willingness to follow approved phone scripts, operational procedures, and management direction.
• Receptiveness to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Strong organization, reliability, accountability, and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls using approved CK Motors scripts.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Welcome customers and deliver professional front-office service.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to support appointments and sales.
• Assist with parts ordering, documentation, and daily operations.
• Develop service presentation and sales skills through ongoing training.
