OpenRoad Subaru Boundary in Burnaby, BC, seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales department and drive revenue growth. You will oversee new and used vehicle transactions, coach a team of advisors, and negotiate deals with customers while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of automotive sales management experience, a VSA license, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive sales management experience required.
• Valid VSA License required.
• BC Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills essential.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Analyzing, planning, controlling and executing all Sales Department operations.
• Meetings with customers for Manager introductions, conflict management and deal negotiations.
• Structure new and used vehicle transactions according to regulations and guidelines.
• Lead daily 1-on-1 lead follow-up, strategy and training with sales team.
• Lead regular team and manufacturer meetings; drive sales goals.
• Provide highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute the selling cycle and align processes with sales goals.
• Train and coach Advisors on product knowledge and sales process.
• Daily check-in/out to ensure daily metrics are met.
