Job summary

OpenRoad Auto Group Limited is seeking a Sales Manager for OpenRoad Audi Boundary in Burnaby, BC. This full‑time role requires driving the sales strategy, leading the sales team, and optimizing the customer experience across multiple OEM brands.

The candidate should demonstrate a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed annual targets in a fast-paced automotive environment. A valid BC driver's license and VSA license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive sales management experience required.
• Valid VSA license and BC driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and office software expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan and execute Sales Department operations.
• Meet customers for manager introductions and lead negotiations.
• Structure vehicle transactions per regulations and dealer guidelines.
• Lead daily 1-on-1 lead follow-up, training and performance management.
• Lead team meetings and participate in manufacturer meetings.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals and deliver top customer service.
• Develop and implement selling cycles and cross-department processes.
• Coach Advisors on product knowledge and sales processes.
• Monitor daily metrics and ensure targets are achieved.
