Job summary

Toronto Honda is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our customer-focused team in a high-volume, process-driven dealership. As the primary contact during the buying process, you will guide customers, conduct interviews to uncover preferences, and match them with the right model and options.

You will also manage test drives, trade-in evaluations, financing presentations, and post-sale follow-up to build loyalty.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Post-Secondary Education Preferred
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle buying process and identify needs and motives
• Conduct interviews to match customer needs with models and equipment
• Accompany customers on test drives and assist with trade-in evaluations
• Present financing options and address customer concerns to close the sale
• Deliver vehicles and follow up to build loyalty and long-term relationships
