Job summary

Brantford Honda, part of the AutoCanada network, is seeking a Sales Consultant to engage customers online, on the phone, and in person. You will guide buyers through vehicle selection, negotiate terms, and tailor payment options to fit budgets while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of customer-facing experience, a hunter mentality, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in retail/sales
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to meet physical demands of showroom environment
• Pre-employment background and MVR screen required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in showroom and guide through the purchase process
• Explain financing, trade-ins, and payment options
• Build rapport and follow up with clients to drive repeat business
• Maintain customer database for current and future sales
• Present vehicles via test drives and demonstrations
• Follow dealership policies during the sales process
• Schedule and conduct customer appointments to meet targets
• Stay updated on dealer group and manufacturer training
• Other duties as assigned by leadership
