Open and close work orders, write estimates, and schedule appointments while maintaining clear communication between customers and technicians. A background in automotive service and strong customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service is required.
• Knowledge of mechanical components of automobiles.
• Valid driver's license for province of employment.
• Customer service/sales experience.
