Job summary

HUB International in Winnipeg, MB is hiring for an Auto Fleet Associate to be the first point of contact for fleet accounts within our retail network. You will provide professional guidance on licensing and insurance, respond promptly to client needs, and promote HUB insurance solutions across accounts.

The role is full-time at the Grant Park location with opportunities to grow, receive benefits, and participate in a supportive, diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a client-focused role.
• Working toward a Level 1 license; training and sponsorship provided.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Interest in insurance and fleet accounts preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

The Auto Fleet Associate is the first point of contact as it relates to fleet accounts within our Winnipeg retail network. This person is responsible for providing professional, accurate, efficient, and courteous advice to HUB fleet clients with respect to licensing and insurance. This position is also responsible for prompt response to and identifying fleet customer needs with respect to all of our insurance solutions and the benefits of maintaining their account with HUB International.

Full-Time opportunity at our Grant Park location.

What We're Looking For:

• Working towards a Level 1 license is required (training and sponsorship is provided)
• Sales and customer service experience in a retail environment is considered an asset
• Previous insurance experience would be considered an asset
• Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment
• Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
• Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
• Proficiency in windows-based computer systems
