HUB International is seeking an Auto Mobile Associate in Canada to build and maintain relationships with clients and local dealerships while offering ICBC and private auto insurance products. The role emphasizes proactive solution selling, high-volume transaction handling, and service excellence.

The successful candidate will have a Level 2 General Insurance License, strong communication, sales drive, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment, with mileage

Responsibilities

A day in the life

Salary Expectations

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, ie., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $44,000.00 to $50,000.00, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
