Qualifications

• Previous F&I experience with a proven track record.
• OMVIC license is required.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation pertaining to the sales agreement to ensure accuracy.
• Process credit approval and discuss with client.
• Explain extended warranties and aftermarket products.
• Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly with lenders.
• Comply with provincial and federal regulations for vehicles and accounting procedures.
• Maintain relationships with internal departments and lenders.
