Myers Kingston Cadillac Buick GMC Inc. is hiring for an F&I specialist to drive a high-standard customer experience at the Kingston dealership. You will review finance and warranty options, explain terms, and coordinate with lenders to secure approvals while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and relationship-building with clients and financial partners. A robust total rewards package supports growth and training.

• Previous F&I experience with a proven track record.
• OMVIC license is required.
• Post-secondary education completed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
• Provide knowledgeable information to clients in a professional manner.

• Process credit approvals and discuss terms with clients.
• Explain extended warranties and aftermarket products clearly.
• Ensure all paperwork for vehicle sales and leases is completed promptly.
• Explain dealership service procedures and policies to clients.
• Develop relationships with financial institutions and manufacturers.
• Process finance and lease deals to secure approvals.
• Comply with provincial and federal regulations for vehicle sales.
• Liaise with internal departments and foster collaboration.
• Support turnover to the F&I department to maintain flow.

What you will do:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time.
• Exemplify a professional, friendly and effective manner while providing knowledgeable information to our clients.
• Review all documentation pertaining to the sales agreement with every customer to ensure all information is correct.
• Process credit approval and discuss with client.
• Provide clients with a thorough explanation of extended warranties and aftermarket products.
• Ensure all paperwork for vehicle sales and leases are completed in a timely manner with a strong attention to detail.
• Explain to clients the manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the financial institutions, manufacturers; sources and manage alternative/competitive interest rates and finance programs.
• Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
• Comply with all provincial and federal regulations for new and used vehicles and internal accounting department procedures.
• Liaise and build strong relationships with all internal departments.
• Establish and maintain a program which will ensure 100 percent turnover to the F&I department.
• Provide ongoing training to the sales team highlighting the benefits of financing, insurance and extended service programs.
