The role requires a High School Diploma and about 1 year of automotive customer service experience, with proficiency in Google tools and Microsoft Office. Competitive pay and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in person, over the phone and via email.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the repair management system.
• Process insurance assignments in a timely manner.
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation and track communications with customers/insurance partners.
• Maintain accurate rental information and support the repair team.
