As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll deliver an exceptional experience in person, over the phone and by email, while coordinating with insurance partners and the repair facility team to keep

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently.
• Provide friendly customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the repair management system.
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments.
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process.
• Manage rental car information.
• Apply new knowledge from ongoing training to maintain high quality and positive NPS.
