Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and by email. You will help manage relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, appointment scheduling, and accurate documentation, with a focus on WOW standards and maintaining high service quality to support an outstanding NPS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and via email
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using the repair management system

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, in person, over the phone and emails. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
• Prepare repair order with proper documentation
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
• Manage car rental information
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Compensation Details

Hourly:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
