Boyd Autobody & Glass in Canada is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will assess damage, document required parts and repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating vehicle repairs and communicating with customers.
• Ability to document damage and estimate parts and repairs accurately.
• Understanding of insurance processes and requirements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update ASE with relevant details from customer interactions.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and support daily operations.
• Participate in production walks and health & safety meetings.
• Deliver positive energy when greeting customers in person or on the phone.
