Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of claims experience, with a focus on Auto claims.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• University degree or college diploma; CIP designation preferred.
• Professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Auto Claims team and provide technical direction for efficient claims handling.
• Offer guidance, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Complete audits by reviewing claims files and providing feedback.
• Manage staff development, performance evaluations, and training opportunities.
• Oversee expenses and the annual operating budget for the unit.
• Participate in interviews for vacancies and hiring recommendations.
