Job summary

TD Auto Centres is seeking a Claims Adjuster to facilitate auto insurance claims from start to finish. You will arrange towing and appraisals, explain policy coverage, gather and verify information, and reconcile vendor estimates to reach fair settlements.

You will collaborate with partners and vendors, greet customers at TD Auto Centres, and maintain detailed claims notes while providing timely updates and responses to inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of claims adjusting experience preferred.
• Postsecondary education considered an asset.

• Greet and welcome customers at TD Auto Centres.
• Apply unbiased methods to resolve files and achieve fair claim settlements.
• Communicate claims-processing requirements.
• Maintain detailed claims notes.
• Provide timely progress updates and responses to client inquiries.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
