Job summary

Jobtailor in Saskatoon is seeking a Claims Adjuster with 2+ years of experience to actively adjust claims, investigate causes, and provide high-level customer service to clients and insureds throughout the claims process.

You will use tools like Docusketch and Microsoft Office to scope damages, identify exposures, prepare action plans, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with work standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school education.
  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance will be given preference.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive).
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in claims adjusting.
  • Must be able to immediately qualify for a level 1 SK adjuster's license.
  • Ongoing commitment to education and learning, preferably pursuing CIP designation.
