Job summary

Allstate Canada Group is hiring a Claim Advisor, Auto to review policies, investigate complex auto claims, and settle according to policies. Workweek is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, with hours subject to department needs.

Candidates should have a minimum high school education and 3-5 years of customer service experience; auto adjuster experience is preferred. CIP enrollment is a bonus. Compensation ranges CAD 47,800–CAD 73,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance policy and coverages.
• Investigate complex automobile claims (e.g.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability.
• Settle claims in accordance with organization's policies and practices; collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement.
