NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde seeks a dedicated Audio Typist for the Trauma & Orthopaedic Department at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time position with a shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Applications are invited for the post of Audio Typist in the Trauma & Orthopaedic Department, based at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
The role involves providing a comprehensive typing service to Orthopaedic Consultants, Nurse Specialists, ESPs, and junior staff, supporting the secretarial team, and occasionally assisting with other administrative tasks. Accuracy, confidentiality, and initiative are essential. The successful candidate will need a Secretarial Studies certificate, advanced keyboard skills, proficiency in English and medical terminology, and knowledge of PC Office software.
