Fountain Tire is looking for a Warehouse Associate - Shipping Receiving Clerk to support our business operations at the Saskatoon Distribution Centre!

Shift Schedule Mon- Friday 730am - 400pm / Rotating Saturday Schedule

The Shipping Receiving Clerk will be expected to

• Provide excellent customer service and carrier partnership in person and by phone
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks in a timely manner in order to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
• Receiving trailers by sorting, stacking, and putting away products to company standards
• Provide business support to our stores and wholesale customers and associates
• Ensuring that all product being shipped is accurate and billed accordingly
• Manage and maintain general office filing system ensuring easy access and availability at all times
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory counts
• Work alone and with a team to proactively increase the efficiency of the warehouse
  
  
  

What does it take to get on track?

• 2+ year(s) of administrative experience AND 2+ year(s) of warehouse experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Valid Forklift certification is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software required
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be considered a definite asset
• Must have drivers license and reliable transportation
• Standup and order picker experience an asset
• Ability to consistently lift up to 80 pounds on a regular basis without assistance
• Proven ability to maintain a high quality of work with minimal supervision
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
