Job Description

ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services, in partnership with Moose Cree group of companies, is hiring for a Junior Clerk/Housekeeping position at a remote lodge near Timmins, ON. The Junior Clerk/Housekeeping role is hybrid, involving housekeeping duties and front desk responsibilities during the day.

  • Comprehensive benefit packages are offered.
  • Transportation is provided from Timmins or Cochrane, ON.
  • Travel allowance available for some remote areas.
  • Rotation schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off.

All candidates considered for hire will be required to pass a pre-employment D&A test and criminal background check.

As a Housekeeper, you will maintain cleanliness and hygiene at our locations, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety. Attention to detail and integrity are essential.

Job Responsibilities

Front Desk Responsibilities
  • Understand guest needs and offer personalized services, including activity and facility suggestions.
  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle special requests, organize events, excursions, transportation, and coordinate guest itineraries.
Housekeeping Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas.
  • Follow proper cleaning techniques and use equipment safely.
  • Disinfect and sterilize equipment as needed.
  • Ensure supplies are stocked and properly labeled.
  • Uphold professional conduct and contribute to departmental efficiency.

Qualifications include previous guest service experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are required. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, walking, and standing, with PPE usage as needed.
