Job summary

Henry Schein Canada in Nova Scotia is seeking a Regional Manager for the Atlantic Zone to lead sales strategy, grow market share, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the region.

You will manage P&L, coach a diverse sales team, and partner with Technical Services, Equipment & Technology, Multi-Site and HR to deliver comprehensive solutions. Expect travel within the Zone to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with progressive leadership roles
• Experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management
• Ability to operate in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen in sales strategy, forecasting, and ops
• CRM tools experience and data-driven decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Healthcare or dental industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a regional sales strategy focused on market share growth in the Atlantic Zone
• Manage full branch P&L accountability and drive revenue growth
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Drive a performance-driven culture aligned to Henry Schein values
• Oversee branch operations, inventory, and DSO management
• Utilize Salesforce, dashboards and scorecards to track performance
