EY-Parthenon Canada seeks a Learning Leader to shape and execute the Canada practice's learning and capability-building strategy across onboarding, development and leadership programs.

You will work with global teams to set priorities, advise senior leaders and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of learning initiatives, driving adoption, governance and budget decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in learning, capability development or related field.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, consulting and relationship management skills.
• Analytical, project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI; data-driven learning focus.
