Role Summary

As a Frostbite Associate Quality Designer reporting to our Development Director, you'll identify, report on, and achieve quality targets within our QA department. You'll also support our partners across EA, monitor community channels, and analyze feedback to evaluate Frostbite's quality. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Foster relationships with partners, ensuring their evolving needs are met and liaising between internal & external teams
  • Handle incoming requests, tasks and changes in priority
  • Engage in internal support channels
  • Test findings, collaborate with QA colleagues, and suggest documentation changes
  • Analyze and report on collected measurements, make informed recommendations
  • Identify team process & workflow improvement opportunities

  • Support and troubleshoot customer requests
  • Provide analytics reports on release quality
  • Understand Frostbite domains and provide them constructive feedback and insights
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of QA software testing and test planning

  • Familiarity with data-driven design and QA strategies
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Perforce and Visual Studio
