Job summary

CIBC in Brantford is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to work on-site within the Personal and Business Banking team. You will build deep relationships with personal and small business clients, understand their priorities, and offer tailored, forward-looking financial plans.

You will manage a mortgage client portfolio, collaborate with banking partners, and focus on delivering guidance and solutions that help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of providing financial advice to clients with sales results.
• Certified professional with current accreditation and good standing.
• Must meet CIRO-MFD licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities and provide forward-looking financial plans.
• Engage clients with personalized solutions and introduce appropriate partners as needed.
• Build relationships through marketing, outreach, and community engagement.
• Leverage technology to guide clients in using mobile banking tools.
