Job summary

CIBC is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor for its Golden Banking Centre. You will manage mortgage client portfolios and deepen client relationships, delivering personalized financial plans and solutions in a fast‑paced on-site environment.

You will engage clients, build strong relationships, and leverage marketing and outreach to grow the client base while promoting our digital tools. The role requires 2–3 years of advisory experience and relevant licenses to support CIRO‑MFD licensing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience providing financial advice to clients and achieving sales results through advisory conversations.
• Certified/licensed in Mutual Funds or related Canadian licensing.
• Eligible for CIRO‑MFD licensing; CFSA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities and provide forward‑looking financial planning.
• Grow relationships through marketing, outreach and client events to increase market share.
• Promote and refer to appropriate partners for comprehensive solutions; leverage technology to showcase mobile banking tools.
