CIBC in Lethbridge, AB is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to serve personal and small business clients, building trust and delivering simple, personalized financial solutions. You'll manage a mortgage client portfolio and deepen relationships on-site full-time.

We value a client-first mindset, goal orientation, and ongoing learning. Requires 2–3 years of advisory experience, Mutual Funds License or Investment Funds in Canada, and CIRO-MFD licensing eligibility; CFSA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience providing financial advice to clients with sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing in Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada).
• Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing; CFSA is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand personal and business goals and advise on solutions.
• Grow client relationships through targeted outreach and referrals.
• Leverage technology including mobile banking to support clients’ needs.
