Job summary

Dollarama in Saskatoon, SK seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and to act as MOD when the Manager is away.

You will help explain and enforce company rules, supervise inventory for timely resupply, uphold merchandising standards, and participate in recruitment and training of new staff.

Job description

The Assistant Store Manager at Dollarama in Saskatoon, SK provides support to the Store Manager in overseeing the daily retail store operations, and in the absence of the Store Manager, acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD).

The Assistant Store Manager ensures that company rules and regulations are explained, understood, and followed by all team members, that inventory counts are done in a prompt and precise manner in order to have proper resupply of goods, and that established merchandising practices are followed. The Assistant Store Manager also participates in recruitment and training activities of new employees.

Requirements

Starting at $17.60/hour. Full-time position. Schedule to be determined based on store operational needs.
