Job summary

Rogers Communications, Inc. in Mississauga, ON is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching, and delivering best-in-class customer experiences. You will engage customers, promote Rogers & Fido brands, and help achieve sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, and offers employee discounts, health benefits, and retirement programs as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best in class customer experiences and meet business sales targets through clear and effective verbal communication.
• Strong commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
• Experience with retail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventory adherence to compliance standards and adapting to dynamic environments.

Your Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best in class customer experiences and meet businesssales targetsthrough clear and effective verbal communication.
• Strong commitment to deliveringbestinclasscustomer experiences
• Experience withretail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventoryadherence to compliance standardsand adapting to dynamic environments.
• Management experience in the telecommunications industry is considered a strong asset.
• You can provide 40hours availabilityweekly,including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidaystomeet customer demand andmaintainstrong performanceresults during peak times
