Job summary

Rogers Communications in Mississauga is seeking a motivated retail team member to support store operations, coach staff, and help drive customer-focused sales.

You will engage customers with Rogers and Fido offerings, ensure daily store readiness, and participate in local events to promote small businesses.

This role requires 40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, with a diverse, inclusive workplace and comprehensive benefits.

What You Will Be Doing

• Management Support: You support the Store Manager in managing day‑to‑day operations, coaching, and developing team members to positively impact growth and create best‑in‑class customer experiences.
• Customer Engagement: Enhance the retail experience by providing best‑in‑class service and value‑added solutions to our customers through promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard.
• Sales Delivery: Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
• Brand Representative: You represent Rogers and Fido brands in‑store and at local community events to support local small businesses.

Your Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best‑in‑class customer experiences and meet business sales targets through clear and effective verbal communication.
• Strong commitment to delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences.
• Experience with retail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventory adherence to compliance standards, and adapting to dynamic environments.
• Availability of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand during peak times.
