Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brampton to support day-to-day store operations and coach a high-performing team. This role focuses on delivering best-in-class customer experiences while achieving sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

You will promote Rogers and Fido brands, including the Rogers Mastercard, and represent the company at local community events to strengthen store performance and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best in class customer experiences and meet business sales targets through clear and effective verbal communication.
• Strong commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
• Experience with retail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventory adherence to compliance standards and adapting to dynamic environments.

Your Qualifications:
