What You will be doing:

• Management Support:You support the Store Manager in managing day to day operations, coaching, and developing team members to positivelyimpactgrowth andcreate best in class customer experiences.
• CustomerEngagement:Enhance the retail experience by providing best in class service and value-added solutions to our customers through promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard
• Sales Delivery:Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
• Brand Representative:YourepresentRogers and Fido brands in-store and at your local community events to support local small businesses.

Your Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best in class customer experiences and meet businesssales targetsthrough clear and effective verbal communication.
• Strong commitment to deliveringbestinclasscustomer experiences
• Experience withretail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventoryadherence to compliance standardsand adapting to dynamic environments.
• You can provide 40hours availabilityweekly,including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidaystomeet customer demand andmaintainstrong performanceresults during peak times
