Rogers Communications, Inc. in Edmonton is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to enhance the customer experience by connecting clients with Rogers and Fido products. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and promote our brands in-store and at community events.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to meet sales targets, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining high performance during peak times.

Qualifications

What You Will Be doing:

• Tailoring Solutions: Enhance the retail experience in our stores, providing best in class service by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products
• Sales Delivery: Finding opportunities,anticipatingcustomer needs, and delivering on sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales byacquiringnew customers, and drivingoverall customer retention
• Brand Promotion:RepresentingRogersand Fido brands in-store and at local community events.

• Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication that drive positive outcomes and support team and business goals.
• Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customerfocused upselling, consistently contributing to overall store performance
• You can quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.
• You can provide minimum 32 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand andmaintainstrong performanceresults during peak times.
