Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring an assistant store leader in Ontario, with travel to Ottawa-area stores. You will lead and coach a team of specialists to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years leading a retail team of 20+ associates and strong oversight of expenses and revenue, with a track record of meeting sales goals. Located in Ottawa East/West, Kanata, Orleans or Barrhaven, and ability to commute is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates.
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operating expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment.
• Must be able to commute to Ottawa-area locations: East/West/Kanata/Orleans/Barrhaven.

We ask that you are flexible to travel the following locations: Ottawa, covering stores in East, West, Kanata, Orleans, and Barrhaven.The successful candidate will be assigned a permanent assistant store leader position in one of these locations.

$52,000.00 - $66,000.00
