Best Buy Canada in Blackfalds, AB is seeking an assistant store leader to coach a team of sales advisors and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will lead a 20+ person retail team, manage store KPIs, and oversee expenses while driving sales goals in a fast-paced environment with a focus on inclusion and development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates.
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 years old depending on your province).
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment.
